	The course provides hands on training in design, optimization, setting up and maintenance of fiber optic networks.
	Candidates will be given an opportunity to associate with field staff for one week to configure real time working equipment, troubleshoot faults and provide customised services so as to grasp the real-time field problems & gain knowledge in Fibre Optics Transmission Systems.

      Candidates will be selected for the course through counselling by BSNL.

1.Candidates who have completed Graduation in engineering in the disciplines of ECE/EEE/EIE/CSE/IT or M.Sc (Electronics/Photonics/IT/Comp.Sc) or MCA or Equivalent.

2. Candidates who have completed the courses and awaiting results are also eligible to apply.

3. Candidates should have atleast  50% of academic marks in their discipline.

Hostel  Facility  (Optional): Lodging Charges = Rs.125/- per day per Trainee on shared accomodation basis.
