Procedure for Enrolment:

• Application can be submitted by an individual for self or can be submitted for a group also. Please choose Individual or Group option accordingly.
• An application id will be generated upon completion of the form which is to be noted down by the individual for self or group.
• For all further communication you need to refer only the application id.
