Details about the Course

• It is a free training conducted by RGMTTC, BSNL under the Corporate Social Reponsibility Scheme of M/s Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL).

• Course duration - 2 Months. (60 days)


• Required Qualification - SSLC/HSC/ITI/Diploma/other Degree.


• Preference will be given for Diploma/ITI


• A stipend of Rs. 2000/- per course will be given to the trainees upon successful completion of the course.


• It is 100% residential program.


• Boarding and Lodging are free for all the trainees.


• Separate Hostel facility available for Ladies and Gents.


• The course is for candidates from Chennai. Preference will be given to candidates in and around Sriperumpudur, Kanchipuram and Kalivandhapattu.


• Candidates can register for one course only.


• Successful candidates will be issued with a certificate signed by both BSNL and PGCIL.
